1. School Leaving Certificate from the Previous School.
2. An attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate.
3. Marksheet of the Previous Class.
4. Two Passport Size Photos of each parent & guardian.
5. An attested photocopy of Aadhar Card.
6. Six (06) Passport Size Photos of the student.
